The outer seal, a pull tab secured to the lid, provides additional protection to ensure that the inner seal is not tampered with. Even when the outer seal is not in place, the inner seal is doing its job. If you receive Fruits & Veggies supplements and the inner seal is secured to the top of the bottle, then rest assured that your product is safe.
Balance of Nature’s Fiber & Spice supplement has one safety seal. If you receive a Fiber & Spice supplement and the inner seal is secured to the top of the bottle, then the product is safe to take.
If you receive product with the inner seal detached from the mouth of the bottle, submit a support ticket with a photo of the product along with the manufacturing number on the bottom of the bottle. One of our customer service representatives will respond to your ticket with the next steps to take.
