If you do run out, you can take double Fruits & Veggies for the amount of time that you missed as soon as you receive more product. For example, if you ran out for a week, then double up on your daily amount of Fruits & Veggies for one week as soon as you receive your next order. You can continue taking your Fiber & Spice at your regular amount when you receive it.
