Preferred Customers have 30 days to return their first order for a refund. To initiate a return, you can live chat with us or send us an email to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. All returns must include an RMA number to be processed. Products returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Once you receive your RMA number, please return your product, including your RMA number. 

*Note: Retail one-time orders are not eligible for a return.
