Preferred Customers can receive a refund on their first order only. They have 30 days to return their first order for a refund.* Follow these instructions if you have a return:
- Fill out a return request ticket here and select ‘Returns and Refund’ from the drop-down menu for the Type of ticket.
- After you submit your ticket, you will receive an email from us shortly with the next steps.
- If you qualify for a return, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number in an email. Products returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
- The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the package with the product inside.
The RMA number is for the first order only and is valid for 30 days after the customer has received the number. The package needs to be returned within those 30 days.
A credit in the amount of the final purchase price of your first order will be applied to your original method of payment. It will appear within 10-12 business days after the return is received and accepted.
