We recommend eating a banana as you take your Fruits & Veggies. Chew some banana, place whole capsules in your mouth, coat them with the chewed banana, and swallow. Capsules slip right down this way.
It’s food! You can open the Fruits & Veggies capsules and pour the powder into something you like to drink, like water or fresh juice, and drink it all at once. You can also open the capsules and sprinkle the powder over food! The Fruits are great mixed in oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies, cottage cheese, and applesauce. The Veggies are a perfect addition to salads, soups, eggs, cottage cheese, or any savory dishes.
