Because Balance of Nature is whole food, you can take it at any time. Many customers prefer to split them up, taking their Fruits in the morning and Veggies in the afternoon. Some prefer to take them by 2 p.m. to benefit from a boost of energy in the afternoon rather than having extra energy at bedtime. If it is easier for you to take them all at once, you can do that too! The main thing to remember is that consistency is the key to success. Find a time to take them that works for you and make it a daily habit.
