Preferred Customers can receive a refund on their first order. To be eligible for a refund, first follow the instructions in our Return Policy. A credit in the amount of your final purchase price will be applied to your original method of payment within 10-12 business days after the return is received and accepted.


If you haven’t received your refund after two weeks, 

  1. Double-check your bank account. 
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (as applicable). There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  3. Contact us if you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund.
